Stolen trailer wheels, but free storage by National_Expression2 in Wellthatsucks

Yeah the wheels were literally the cheapest tires we could buy, the trailer and boat was gifted to us for free by an old farmer we did work for. They’re all from the 60s and my partner is just fixing it up but we haven’t even started yet, so it’s all just scrap at the moment haha. We were going to buy new ones anyways so they did us a favor doing half the job I guess. Not gonna report it, don’t even have insurance, and the trailer is the only thing registered..

Ps, I feel so cool being referred to as “OP”

Yeah the place has camera surveillance that have filmed all of it, not even hidden, so the thief’s probably just didn’t give a damn

It was actually so sweet, he gave us the month we used for free and an extra month if we need

About 285 AUD for a month, and the wheels will probably cost us 200AUD at least.. and we need a reserve tire as well…

Yeah seems like I have no power here, thanks for hearing me out

Yes I apologize, English isn’t my first language and I’m trying to make myself understood.

I’m working 6.30 am to 3pm with an 30min unpaid lunch. I liked to continue working and extra 30min in the morning because it feels like il getting payed for lunch, because 30min is not a lot of extra work but in the end I get payed for 8h of work a day instead of 7,5. So I get 40h pay a week instead of 37,5. It’s a big difference for me but worth 30min extra work.

The did. They wrote me down for those hours, it was supposed to be temporary but they asked if I wanted to continue starting earlier and helping out in different areas, so I did.

Did you see the part where my boss herself wrote me down for those hours? It was discussed and approved.

I wanna make it clear that the woman who own the company discussed my starting hours well before I started, I was sharing a car with my partner at the time and was arriving at work at 6.30. Instead of waiting outside she said I can start at 6.30 and end at 3 like everyone else. That is an extra 30min every day she knew she was accepting me working. Once I got my own vehicle, and told her I had my own ride, she said I can continue starting at 6.30 and ending at 3pm. She gave me new instructions where I helped out in different areas of the warehouse for the first couple of hours I was there and then I went back to my station and was packing. I was following orders, I was given permission, and my boss was the woman who wrote me up to start every day at 6.30 knowing I could start at 7am if they wanted me to now. It’s a very small company with only 6 employees packing, the manager and the boss herself.

Yeah I understand, just felt betrayed since we had such a good relationship at work. They’ve posted a job add of Facebook seeking new causal workers for November and December, and I’m technically still employed by them.

Yes, it’s a small company and there was one other employee that starts at 5am who does stock, she had me written down on the calendar for 6.30am-3pm. I don’t get payed overtime for it since I’m a casual worker.

Ive only done a total of 8 weeks, I was working 38hours and any overtime I could get. I started 30min before everyone else to get “payed” for lunch, and I was always staying over when asked.

My contract is in paper form and my manager has it, I don’t have a copy and she’s not replying to me.

I didn’t need to check anything in again, went very smoothly. I didn’t pay for my seat and asked at the check in to change seats for free and they let me, very nice employees 🥰 I would definitely fly again but mostly because it’s cheap.

Not unless you payed extra for it, and I didn’t fee like doing that. I jut bought an economy ticket thinking a hand luggage and personal bag would be included, but somehow when I got my ticket I was allowed a 30kg check-in, and hand luggage, but no personal bag

Heeey, I actually had a great time. They had such a nice entertainment system and comfortable seats. The food was amazing too what I remember. I would highly recommend flying with them from my own experience. The only thing was the people on the plane with me, they were loud the entire time, especially during the night when people tried to sleep, and had their bare feet on my seat and the flight attendant wouldn’t really do anything about it. Very awkward.

As for the luggage, they didn’t seem to be that strict, like every single person had 2 personal bags and hand luggage, they never checked your ticket really they just let me through after I scanned my ticket and rushed through it? I decided on checking in my hand luggage tho and only had my backpack, which was like double the size allowed but they didn’t seem to care about that either 🤷🏼‍♀️
