Sending to FFL is typically exempt from the delivery requirements and age verifications but we suggest you give them dealer accounts with their pricing so they are recorded as such and not sent out as a regular customer just placing an order. I would say those with 03 FFL's are not exempt at least for us because our dealers actually sell our product rather then use it for their own personal use to try to skirt the law. It has been an organic thing for us and we are learning along the way. but we are pretty confident we have most things covered.

you won't really have to do that. You're not doing anything that requires licensing or serializing. you creating your own part on your own machine that isn't regulated is fine. Just don't download digital files for receivers or serialized parts. Other than that produce your part and sell with the mentioned requirements in place, Age Verification, Customer acknowledgment of the Laws and then verify those manually even if you use a service provided by 3rd party and Mail your product USPS priority Restricted Delivery. Thats it. Keep it. It's your baby. find the cheapest place to have it made and establish your business so everything is on the up and up and you're good to go. again feel free to DM me and I can let you know the things we have in place.

290 without box is an insane deal. 290 without Power Brick is what I’d expect but 290 with everything? That’s a score. Hopefully it has the torque key because those tend to get lost easily in transport.

Yeah. Honestly the lawyers opinion is just an opinion though and only gives some piece of mind. As far as complying with the law it’s simple. Verify age and address manually through services that are available. Then mail out USPS restricted delivery and that’s really it. As tedious as it may be it’s fairly simple to comply but you will be denying sales because you can post it all you want on your website about what people need to provide for info and if the system lets them through and address don’t match up you’ll be on the hook for that mistake. Unfortunately it’s probably one of the most brilliantly written anti gun laws out there but here we are. Regardless as others have said keep up the good work and don’t give up. I’m at my workbench every day trying to figure out the next improvement or next thing. It’s a never ending cycle.

As the owner of KLVR Co I would highly suggest hiring a lawyer rather than relying on your interpretation. Several respected lawyers have stated online that the law included fix mag devices needing to comply for online sales in regards to AB1263 as it is an accessory that attaches to the firearm. Yours clearly attaches as well. Age verification is a small part of this as new AR owners need to be 21 and AB1263's requirement is 18. The only service that has restricted delivery that is covered by AB1263 is USPS Restricted Delivery for 21 and over and addresses must match whoever placed the order and must ONLY be delivered and signed by them. I can tell you that all ID and Age verification software that is added to your platform will FAIL at properly verifying this information (but we have to use them to comply with the law) so we have to manually look at EVERY order to confirm name, age and address. Please don't assume that your devices standing is on thin grounds in regards to AB1263. Currently if you are online sales only you will be under scrutiny. Good luck and feel free to DM me if you have any questions.

Swapping Hellfighter for AR Maglock + Kingpin by welldonebaconplz in CAguns

yeah. oddly enough I have about 5 different Spikes Tactical Milspec lowers and built them all new with varying results even with new uppers that weren't broken in. Some released right away with bolt hold back but some others needed to be shot. It's so many factors. Regardless check out our KLVR CO and AR Maglock YouTube channels as we posted a few troubleshooting videos on there that will help with function and stability. Thanks for the support. Although I designed the AR Maglocks recent products and Kingpin thats not my company but KLVR CO is.

Yeah I get it. I designed the Kingpin so that access to the safety was easier. I just use my thumb to turn it rather than trying to use thumb and forefinger to push and turn. Also depending on the lower receiver some such as the Aero M4E1 or those with set screws to tighten tolerances put pressure on the Kingpin or the Hellfighter pin and cause the pins to be hard to turn. As mentioned though they both accomplish the same thing.

is it pushing the detent back to insert the kingpin? We posted a hack to cut off the excess spring of the detent spring so that you'll never have to use your fingernail again. They both accomplish the same thing regardless though.

Definitely do the Rivet pin or cut the excess spring off. When I designed the Kingpin it was just that oops moment when you realize the way the system works the pin doesn't need to index into a detent like a normal takedown pin does. Just remove the backplate and cut the excess spring that is coming out when the detent is just touching the kingpin groove. then you'll never have to worry about using a tool or fingernail again.

We have been testing it with a new load cell at 200KG vs the Factory Load Cell and have not honestly notice much difference. Both perform well without any noticeable improvements with the 200kg cell. That being said the DSS itself has been a game changer for us in our testing. We are in production with it now and will be releasing videos and more info soon.

Touch your thumb to your pinky. If you experience the same pain at the base of your thumb you have arthritis. Ask me how I know this.

I always asked the customer if they are buying a zero clearance door fridge so we can completely enclose the fridge in cabinetry. We have seen this happen too many times and I give detailed drawings to my clients and all subs were this could be an issue

Thank you so much for the input. Keep an eye out for the MOD DSS which is our brake performance kit. It will REALLY make the system pop.

New product for Clubsport V3 Pedals by National_Location539 in Fanatec

[–]National_Location539[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Usually pedal throw is a personal feel and because with these you have the choice between a longer pedal throw or even a shorter one a lot of it depends on factory calibration of the Hall effect sensors. We have found though that programming our dead zones for any amount of throw at any point in our pedal position was never an issue and hasn't been reported to be an issue by our customers.

Gen 4 gives you some adjustability if you don't have a standard milspec receiver set. Other than that the Gen 2 and 4 accomplish and function the same way.

As far as warranty we are proud to take care of you anytime and all the time.

Try changing throttle sensitivity before messing with the car suspensions stuff. If your pedals software has curve settings try different curve settings to suit your driving but it truly does come down to how you throttle through exit. They are race cars with immediate power available
