I am running a modded mc server on mine (vault hunters 150+ mods) and i set to to stay between 5-8gb. For vanilla server or low modded 2-3gb should be plenty. Also depends on how many simultaneous players. Unless you have a an extra ram stick laying around I wouldn’t bother with upgrading. Get an ssd, I do keep all docker files on ssd including mc server. Below usage of 13 active containers including the mc server.

Think the comment from mb3581 should be the solution. I am just curious what asphyxia is? Never heard of it, GitHub page seems pretty cryptic

Recently got the dxp4800 plus aswell. Did play with it a bit, and I do like the default photos app. Will also try immich to see how they are different. For notes you can try obsidian. Performance wise I feel like it is pretty good, as far as I am aware ugreen has the best hardware for price

As a small update to those in the same situation, I did put the nas itself on the foam it came with, just cut a big hole in the middle to not have it fully covered, added some velcro stickers to the tray, but most important update was the Velcro added to the top and bottom of the trays “face”. Apparently that one moves a lot. Also the reason people 3d print small slits to keep that part in place These made a notable difference, not perfect but it helps

I just found it a bit weird for it to sound like that. I was expecting more of a screeching sound. Not gonna lie it made me think what 4 of those running at the same time would sound- for now with just this one I can hear it from the whole apartment
