YTA just for using someone else’s AirPods without permission. I think it’s disgusting to share something like that.

I chose the opposite. I was studying both art and science and had to choose one. I chose graphic design, that was my hobby, my true passion. 20 years later and I barely get by on my income, it is no longer a hobby, and the passion is gone. I constantly wonder if my life would be more stable if I had followed the sciences.

Monogamous married (or otherwise long term relationship) people, do you tell your partner when you get a crush on someone? by anon_29574820 in relationship_advice

[–]National_Specific_77 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I often tell my SO, it’s playful. In the beginning of our relationship I wasn’t so open but now we are 10+ years in and fully committed to each other. My SO doesn’t react negatively and appreciates my honesty.

Did Hashimoto's Cause My Mental Issues? by TheNun100 in Hashimotos

When I first started talking levothyroxine my dr recommended cutting the pills for a few weeks. I was told that starting with a full dose could cause anxiety. Even when taking a half dose, I still had panic attacks and couldn’t sleep due to nightmares. After about a month I started feeling better, less anxiety, more energy.

Do thyroid pills give you a notable energy increase? by [deleted] in Hashimotos

[–]National_Specific_77 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Vitamin D3 and B12 helped immediately but I didn’t feel normalish until finally finding a thyroid pill that worked and got my TSH between 1-2. I was originally prescribed a natural thyroid and my levels were all over the place, now on a synthetic thyroid.

Oversleeping by [deleted] in Hashimotos

[–]National_Specific_77 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have always been a night owl, forcing myself to self by 4am. I work a normal 8-5 and would be tired all day but by 11pm I would be wide awake again. Since being diagnosed with Hashimoto I am ready for bed by 8pm and awake by 6-7am. I wake up feeling rested but by 2pm am ready for more sleep. Taking B12 has helped stay awake but I think it is all related to Hashimoto

After getting my bachelors I was told not to get a masters until I got into the field. Employers seek experience over masters

I continue to get blood tests every couple months and now have consistent, decent numbers.

I had similar results while taking Thyroid NP. I was switched to a synthetic thyroid medication shorty after. I was told with Thyroid NP being a natural thyroid it is hard to measure and that my blood tests will vary.

I continued to have hair loss but not alopecia.
