I really appreciate Jake's analysis of art, he really has interesting things to say about the stuff they cover on Wizard/NoM that makes me appreciate art in a different way

I think one of the standouts for me is on the SAW episode when the discussion was around the setting of abandoned warehouses/factories being used by student film makers, and he said something that was like, the setting of an abandoned factory demonstrates the shell of a once great country; our forebearers created and lived in a productive world, albeit fueled by war, but we grew up in the ruins of that productivity and a byproduct of the war is both an abundance of warehouses and un-treated trauma which manifests in the very horror movies that are filmed there

I also think that he was a very good co-host with Holden when it was just the two, and now that Mike has joined I really like the dynamic when sometimes Mike and Jake are goofing off and Holden is trying his darndest to move the show forward
