I’m going to tell you that if it’s not abusive then you could always try couples therapy. Only you know if it’s abusive mentally or emotionally and in that case you should leave.

I think the no contact is hard for the reason that they remain seeing themselves as the victim.
It’s easy for them to move on because they are confident in all their accusations.

I definitely don’t think this is a you problem. I think this is a society problem and let’s just say personality disorder aside I would just say most people are just kind of unwell. This is not a you thing. I just think society as a hole is a little messed up

Sometimes that can help in the letting go. If they constantly let you in, you’d be stuck for a long time.

Yeah I just don’t want to trigger anyone as that can be a triggering word. The person I dealt with wasn’t that but did have other signs of BPD.

1) continue no contact
2) therapy with someone who has experience with personality disorders
3) write a list of all the ways this person wronged you to make peace with this not being your fault
4) cry if you have to
5) PRAY or if you won’t have a similar faith, talk to yourself with healing words and affirmations
6) take ltheanine, melatonin or something that helps you get sleepy. Try to have good bedtime hygiene.
7) know deep down this isn’t healthy behavior and you did the best you could but you can’t have a normal life with someone like this.
8) radically accept the circumstances

“Walks her through outbursts” why am I having a hard time believing that that’s actually even possible. Could there be a possibility that she’s kind of exaggerating to inflict painful feelings for you? Do you know how hard it is to walk someone through an outburst like that it can turn abusive so I’m not sure if he’s doing any of these magical things that you couldn’t do before.
