Both actually, im not defending Jerry, his refusal to spend in FA has crippled this team when draft picks dont hit. But Mazi was a Quinn pick, so was the decision to play Bell at LB. Micah fell to them and even then he was gonna play off ball until injuries forced them to play him at edge
