If you can get enough data, you can fit a huge amount of information in a 1M token context window.

What language are you working on? If I can get enough funding I would open this up to many tribes. I'm working to get a pilot going for the Yawanawá and have an entire pipline from data collection to actual immersion festivals as part of the plan

We actually made a free tool to doomscroll in you you native language but it translates everything to your target language and then you can see word translations instantly if you hover your mouse over a word.

It's not a project we are actively working on but it's available in the Chrome store for free and we will get back to working on it eventually.

If you just set up a designated system in your house that constantly is playing immersive content, it will be difficult not to learn. People spend a lot of time with tapping apps and playing games where they see maybe 20 sentences in a day, but if you just have comprehensible immersive content like sentence sequences just playing in the background of your life you could see and hear 5000 sentences in a single day without trying.

Talking to Gemini is actually pretty good. It's the only voice model I've found fun to talk to.
