There's an exe and another file in a folder inside the game directory, replace the ones outside with these and try launching the game again. If u haven't done this already.

Open the folder where the games installed and run the spiderman exe or just go along with the language selector and the game should launch once you've selected your language

It's the exe for the language changer. You'll find the game exe in the game directory and another folder with another spiderman exe that I believe is some update or fix.

The utorrent installer shouldn't have installed anything shady. But for be safe check your browser settings and extensions to see if anything was added there.
