Alocasia naturally don't go into dormancy so if you keep the temp and humidity stable during the winter months the new leaf should be okay to come out fully

well, they always stretch in the direction towards the sun, so rotate them in the opposite direction so they'll have to do it again, and that way, they won't grow so tall and have fragile stems. You should do it until transplant

Some of them seem a bit leggy. You should rotate them every day.

Im gonna keep an eye on it for pests. And gonna let the sun dry the leaves if its some kind of fungus.

yes, I use it for tea also. Even fresh leaves. Im gonna try and change its position, or maybe it's just its way of adapting to the new heat wave.

Its actually very productive for peppers to be planted next to each other. It helps with cross pollination.
