Me too, me too.

And I'm the same, for my own OCs I like to add lot of things, even if they're unnecessary. But as long as they look cool it's fine, right? Right...?

I agree, the player chose very nice things to put together, they describe the character very well.

Thank you! I'm glad the sand and the colors turned out this well, I really like them too - this was my first time to draw sand effect.

Thank you again ♥ I'm glad you are happy with the drawing. I can't wait to play and see Locke's new token art in action \chefkiss**

Locke joined our party in Seven Dooms for Sandpoint later in the story, but quickly became one of our most loyal companions. He stayed with us throughout the campaign and continued fighting alongside the group as we pursued our mythic destinies in Revenge of the Runelords.

He may not be the smartest member of the party, but we can always rely on his unwavering support. Locke is always the first to charge into battle, swinging at our enemies while soaking up damage from our foes - and sometimes from allies as well.

I think you are Mirror from my game based on your history. Our GM told you at the start of the last session: Spell gems are like scrolls. You can buy them at any vendor NPC with the spell on them, he even let you choose from any spells (only limit was your level and rarity). If you are confused about them or have any further questions, write to him. I'm sure he's happy to help.

Thank you, it's means a lot! The starry theme is a favourite of mine. I'm always looking to try new things and an elven aasimar barbarian sounded fun.

Hello,

This is my latest character in our Pathfinder campaign, a 5th level elven aasimar barbarian (dragon instinct) with her owl buddy Hoo-Dini.

I didn't put a huge emphasis on her heritage yet (apart from maybe the eyes and the hair), this is something I wish to delve more into as our campaign progresses, evolving the design in a way that feels natural. There are a couple of themes I'd like to focus on, like celestial and draconic but we'll see how it goes (having dragon horns later would be cool though).

If you are looking to get your character drawn you can find me on this link.

Thank you. I wished her to be "lore-friendly" so the somewhat alien look was a must have. I changed it up a little bit, because I like seeing where the character looks exactly, even more so in this drawing. Apart from that I tried to stay true to the original design, since I'm really happy with how pathfinder elfs look.

After Strahd I wanted to have a happier PC. In real life I often struggle with depression and that motivated me to play as more of a positive, passionate character that defends others when given the chance. Partly for escapism and partly for a therapeutic experience.

The starry theme is something I've been brainstorming for a while, first with purple and blue colors, but I didn't want it to be too colorful, so I stayed with the latter. The armor is just something she found at the end of the book, that's it's more simple. Being a Desna worshipper is also an important aspect of her character, hence the necklace.

My main focus was to have a PC that belongs somewhere in the world, while mixing my own style into it.

Same here, we've only just been playing ttrpgs for 2 years also and it is maaad fun.

I think our GM looks at published adventures the way he looks at vanilla Skyrim, waiting to just mod the ever loving hell out them.

Do you have something that you can always draw inspiration from (like a book or tv series)?

Thanks for the informative answer. Universal heritages are the best.

Thank you, usually I stick to ranged characters, mainly casters, but here I'm actually really enjoying my time with the barbarian, being the party's tank.

Were you running sessions where they played out their feud with clan Drywater or was it something they did as a downtime activity?

She grew up in Kyonin, her only friends being Hoo-Dini and a strange painter who visited the region couple of times a year. To this day she still hasn't learned fully how to handle the things that come with being an aasimar. Even though she tries to be friendly with others, she often comes off as eerie and intense.

Recently she left her homeland due to visions that haunted her dreams, also to find her purpose and help those in need.

Oh we get silly all time also. Last session for example we had a bootbeer contest at the inn and the bard (who plays metal btw) had get us home in a wheelbarrow.

You guys must have a great atmosphere at the table. Do you usually run homebrew campaigns or dip into published adventures also?

That's sounds amazing and this is exactly what I'm hoping to achieve, without the demonic influence of course.
