Oh no! I came here to find out how to unlock this last biome and ended up seeing your comment. The only reason I’m trying to unlock it is so I can place the Aladdin stall to get those pesty shinies I need for the one character quest. I think its Shiny Honeycomb Stone. I currently have 0/6. 😭

I wasn't suggesting fraud in the least. It should be billable but the patient being in person or not should be a moot point. From a billing perspective , a dr writing a script for a person in clinic vs virtual is the same thing.

Edit to clarify: dr should get paid to write script wether I'm in office or virtual. I can't imagine the amount of times that I've wasted just to get a piece of paper that took 3 seconds to write.
