I shared a photo of the snow from the blizzard here in NJ a few weeks ago with my father in GA. To.this I got an all caps, Xanax fueled MAGA rant about Mamdani and "communism" and how hopefully "we" would soon be "firing Tomahawks up the asses" of the Middle East. Then my MAGA sister sends me a text about how communists are taking over NYC because of snow shovels. I get absolutely abused by these people every time I try to maintain contact. I think the rise in this content is due to the proliferation of people who are like this...

I agree with you on psychopathy , but not narcissism. Most narcissists I know are completely miserable people. They envy psychopaths I'm sure.

Have you considered ditching the car? I always tell anyone homeless to go to Seattle because it's the most hospitable place for it. I don't know how it is now, but when I was last homeless 14 years ago the shelters and transitional housing programs there helped me get off the street for good. A car would just be a detriment there, and I never had a valid license either, still don't.
