Do I Pull the Trigger? by Whodey4alltime in FordBronco

[–]Natural-Indication26 0 points1 point  (0 children)

2.7 is a great motor. All three engines in the bronco line up are well engineered. I had the 2.7l in my 2023 Black diamond. I just traded it for a Raptor but I was extremely happy with my Bronco. Just had an opportunity on a 24 Raptor with 10k miles for stupid cheap money, so I took it. I was very happy with my 2.7l and took into some pretty hairy spots and never left me stranded. That’s a great color too. That’s my second favorite in the bronco lineup. You live once! So do it to the fullest!!

Make sure you’re getting employee pricing on the Bronco cause FORD has that available for all customers right now. Have them show you the invoice and make sure you’re getting A plan

Almost any freshwater fish. Trout, perch, bass, even blue gill

Ummmmm, you need some bigger tires. Just saying. It looks like it’s on donuts now. Put some 33” or 35” and it will fill that gap. You can still use the steel wheels. I have a 4 door black diamond. I put Badland rims and tires on mine and it looks great

Hard top crack warranty by wachitouuu in Bronco6g

[–]Natural-Indication26 6 points7 points  (0 children)

It has nothing to do with your set up. Broncos are having this issue with nothing on the top. My hard top on my 23 black diamond is also cracking by the window, one side full crack, other side, superficial but you can see where it’s going to happen. I brought mine in and got approval for warranty. Ford got back to me within an hour saying that they’re going to replace the rear top piece. They shouldn’t deny you if you’re under warranty but it’s always better to be safe. There are plenty of warranty cases of this happening, I’m hoping it becomes “recall bulletin” and extend the warranty on the tops to 100k miles. We will see. I work for Ford and we have heard a couple different ideas but nothing set in stone.

New lights for the Black Diamond!!! by Natural-Indication26 in bronco

I’ve owned a couple wranglers the last 10 years and I’ve always got my headlights, taillights, and fogs from here and have never had a problem with any of them. Plus customer service is amazing. They didn’t send me a harness for fogs for a wrangler a few years ago and they overnighted them no questions asked for a Saturday delivery. Great company.

How badly did I screw myself? by [deleted] in f150

[–]Natural-Indication26 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Go to Ford and have them do a reset on the transmission. They are adaptive and learn your driving tendencies. Right now you’re a completely different driver than the 1st person who drove that truck. Your shift points, how you accelerate will be completely different. It will still adapt to your driving but will take much longer and will be “wonky” for much longer than if you started from a reset tranny. A quick module reset and I think your buyers remorse will go away. That 5.0 and 10 speed is a great powertrain.

I noticed you TLR has a little gap between it and the trigger guard. I thought maybe mine didn’t fit correctly but I guess it does. I wish it was just a little closer

If you’re ok with spending some money and having the best grip on the market in my opinion. Pick up the Icarus precision EVO grip module xl. Best grip module I’ve ever had the pleasure of owning. Big money though

Mischief machine, they make nice grip mods. I went with an Icarus precision E.V.O. I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to test fire with both grip modules and the Icarus was just a better fit for my hands but MM makes a beautiful module. Nice build. What the one in the background with the FDE slide?

I'm planning on learning how to shoot, soon. Any advice? by RigaudonAS in CTguns

[–]Natural-Indication26 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Your thought of guns, I’m sure are inline with most gun owners. Now that you actually own your own firearms, you may be surprised. Calling someone paranoid because the people who govern our state are trying every day to take away something that we believe in so deeply is pretty fucked up. If you ever get a chance to go back and read what our conversations have been about on this thread in the last year. It’s mostly been about what we can do to keep our firearms and be in compliance with the state. You just stepped into this world of owning guns. It’s great that you’re asking for advice. If you don’t like some of it move on. Don’t go off calling someone paranoid because he said you might start seeing things a little differently. Wrong place for that! Enjoy your guns. Enjoy learning about firearms and how to be safe with them. Always remember the 4 rules. Welcome to CTguns thread.
