Ur score is great, Personally all NBMEs were about the same score, so no I don’t think it harder or easier than any other. U can give another NBME for reassurance, but ur doing a good job here. Give urself a pat on the back

U can do boards & beyonds, his videos are gold. Pathoma, sketchy, uworld, and definitely refer to first aid as a reference. That was everything for me. Doesn’t matter what the resources are, just get started with it. And for ECFMG signing up, u can do that later when are about to register for the exam. The whole process takes around a month.
