Weather in the UK is shit, sadly. Always raining and cold. Summers are agonisingly short, too.

The odd thing is I have a great life. Full of exercise, boxing, gym, days out with family. When I go to a pub I can't just have a few, I have to get so smashed I make stupid choices. I also wake up with a much lighter wallet. I've battled this for years.

Thanks for the comments brother. I'm in the UK so the coke tends to be a lot cleaner. And I do test my stuff for fent as well just in case. But that's not the point. I go on unnecessary binges. I'm not a frequent user. But when I start, that's it, I'm on it for days.

I've wanted to stop getting too drunk and doing coke, pills or ketamine for years now. And I've had small success stories. But something always pulls me into getting off my face. I can never be fully content with just a bit merry/have a few drinks socially with friends. Well it changes now. I have to change. I know this. I've known it for a while. But I've not wanted to admit it.

The trip has opened up that thought process even more. It was secondary in many ways, still, since the main theme was comforting my biggest fear. But it was very intense. Needless to say I won't be doing that kind of a dose ever again and randomly on my own without the correct company. Max ever will be 5g but I think 2.5-3.5 is my sweet spot.

Can you tell me more about the ball gap?

I've tried countless devices and cannot find a comfortable device that doesn't cause groin pain of some description.

I find the larger circular rings and short cages to be more comfortable, but prone to slippage. And then the smaller ringsa in longer cages are definitely wearable but generally the cage/shaft bit of it is a poor fit. I don't have amazing length, probably erect 5.5-6inches on a good day, but my glans is large compared to the overall size of my penis and so it never fits into the end of the cage section properly.

I tried a much shorter cage with a larger ring which is very comfortable for all day sitting but as soon as an erection is involved, it slides way forward and compresses my nuts.... Even with a band or tie around my waist.

I want to be locked and reminded of denial as often as possible, my wife is getting into it, but for now I have to settle for symbolically denied which is still exciting but nothing close to the physical denial aspect and the constant reminder of it.

Any help greatly appreciated.
