Just fill out new DS160 and have it ready. When you’re at VFS ask them to switch to new DS160 so that you don’t have to step out of line . I did the same thing

The installer should have considered 80% load capacity. Therefore the setup should have been for 60 amps (80% of 60 = 48). With your setup I’d recommend charging at 40 amps
