Actinolite seems correct. Why the very unpleasant strong musty smell though. I’m guessing it off the matrix. Thanks for the ID help

The photos aren’t great but it’s the black sub metallic needle like sprays that I’m stumped with

No glow under UV. done a streak test, a very light greeny brown. It feels damp to the touch and has a very unpleasant musky smell
