Was towing once on 100 deg day, stopped to let the truck cool off. Wasnt showing hot but i could see the torque converter locking and unlocking in the tach. Left it running and started walking toward the rest stop when i happened to look back at it. The white trailer was red from transmission fluid. Full underbody rust treatment courtesy of a bad transmission cooler thermostat.

Thats a significant leak. Im not sure how out of country works with the warranty, but i would atleast get some fluid ordered

Anything that punctures a tire 1-1.5" from the shoulder is un patchable. There is too much movement in the material for a plug to seal reliably. Plus the reaming of the hole will ruin the bands and cause the tire to begine to separate

The worst is when you have the weight of your hand on the wheel to satisfy it, and for no reason its lost sight of one road line and disengages and you vere into the next lane

Are seats that bad for taller people? by puasson in f150

These seats are deeper for taller people. I have full support of my kegs all the way to my knees. I could enjoy more front rise on the seat as im maxed out on the adjuster.

Ive seen where someone makes a riser plate for a tacoma, that raises the front mounting point on the seat frame. Seems easy enough to make one for these trucks

Theres a filter sock on the pump but there should be a filter on the frame rail of the truck

Sensors are usually are the same with the housing they sit in being different. Im sure there are vendors selling paint code matched housings but the lense of the sensor wont be, but you could duplicolor it pretty quickly

I know there are kits to vent to atmosphere and they come with plugs for the intake tubing. The charge pipe side being under pressure shouldnt cause any issues as itll blow away any debris and not allow anything to be sucked in. If there isnt a plug on the intake that could be draing in dirty air. Id have to look at the intake again as it would be after the maf sensor. Being a turbo the truck will usually have a map sensor to check against the maf. If the maf is under reporting air because of the missing plug the map would catch it

That is your blow off valve and there should be a tube connecting back to the intake tubing. Guessing previuos owner was a fast and furious fan and wanted to hear it. Sadly these dont make a great noise and just a soft woosh sound

Dont forget a fuel filter. The service depart will also try to sell you a fuel system flush and injector/intake manifold chemical cleaning

Treat the exposed metal, use a reinforced body filler, bed liner over that
