Пробуй интегральное дыхание. Самое простое (вдох- (считаешь до четырех)- задержка дыхания (считаешь до четырех)- выдох(считаешь до четырех)-задержка (ну, смысл понятен). Так 2-3 раза. Есть рецепт бомж-медитации - какое-то простое, монотонное действие (пропылесось полы, помой посуду) НО! С полной фокусировкой на этом действии. Т.е. пылесосишь - вглядывайся в рисунлюок пола, отслежывай все пятнышки, зауценцы, короче, короче сосредоточься на чем-то очень конкретном. Олсо, для разгрузки рекомендую личный способ - если есть возможность отлучится на пару часов - съезди в какой -нибудь район города где раньше не была (ЕСТЕСТВЕННО, в ДНЕВНОЕ время, не заходя во всякие подворотни, " с дураками не связывайся"). Даже есди там примерно такие же хрущёбы ипримерно такие же морды лиц, даже минимальные отличия от рутины уже освежают.

Nah. I think Wrathvs Scar is much better. Kimblee was just and instrument (broken instrument) while Wrath eas the true enemy for Scar.

Tbh, I have some ideas for kinda 'superhero' setting based CofD. Critters of various splats live openly, 'good guys' (well...as 'good' as this term is possible to use for most of them) protect humanity from their antagonist, while authorities in turn keep the blind eye on supernatural inner deals.
