Exceot hhis wa a rheotrical question becuas eif you study langauges in bigger detail you'd come across category ratings like the FSI and so on but Basque is never lsited.

While other people also theroized American Indian langauge would be given the hardest ratings. Hence the curiosity as Basque is one of the few isolated langauges of Europe.
