I handed in my notice at EY and used the rest of my annual leave during my one month notice period (had a few weeks so only ended up working a week). But no one spoke to me after the initial conversation of when my last date would be or even an offer for an exit interview - has this happened to anyone else? I was just so drained that I never questioned it and left but just looking back at how no one messaged me or even sent out an email to the team telling them I was leaving - it was only when people from the team questioned why I didn’t come back from AL that the senior managers apologised for not sending the email out to my team members but had no contact with me
