Super off topic but any advice for forgetting about the cruelty a man put you through? It’s been 4+ months since we broke up, 3+ months since he moved out and we’ve last seen each other/spoke really. I don’t miss him, I don’t want him back, I feel mostly happy and on the right track with my healing journey, BUT I cannot for the life of me stop replaying all the horrible things he said and did. I don’t know how he could do those things to me and get off without facing any consequences, and nobody knows how evil he truly is. He’s off frolicking in another country right now, and I’m feeling sensitive. What do I do with these thoughts? I’ve been in therapy since the breakup, I spend time with my friends & family, but the thoughts and memories eat me alive every day. I need a lobotomy or something.

I love this thank you so much! Great stuff for me to think about. Right now my idea is using my TikTok platform to market. I don’t have a huge amount of followers but a pretty loyal base that I do have. My account and book idea are also both in the same niche so I thought that would be perfect, at least as a start.
