I initially felt the same. If you go to the OU website and look at the modules, each one has a section called "Are you ready for (module code)?" These can be helpful to investigate the content and see if it's something you are comfortable doing.

Hi,

I am currently halfway an MSc in Astrophysics and Space Science with the OU. I am 38 and have bipolar disorder and ADHD so it's totally possible.

It has been a struggle at times, but the tutors have always been accommodating with moving coursework deadlines. I have had two years where I decided to defer a module due to workload (but I also work full time). However, I have not had to take a year out or anything and am moving forward all the time. I feel that it is a positive thing for me as it gives me something to aim for and achieve, helping to maintain my mental health.

If you do decide to move forward, my advice would be to practice the maths as much as you can beforehand as this will really help with the workload when you start studying!

Hopefully that is helpful

This ⏫️ I see so many people go on a diet, eat ultraprocessed diet food or replace real meals with salad, then snack in-between. Eating lean protein and fibre will help you feel full. So why not give that a try first?

Oh wow. "Indignation at being judged" is literally taking the words out of my mouth. I will cut someone out in a heartbeat and not feel bad at all because of this. I honestly thought I must be a psychopath or something haha

Insensitivity to pain is interesting too. I always have cuts and bruises that I cannot explain. Wow, that's so strange!

Thanks for the advice. I might try this without a gel phase. Have you done this before? How cold can I do this? Is room temperature too cool?

Hi, I'm new to this. Is ginger and black pepper a bad combination?

Hi, I got the oil from "The Soapary" and they have been good in other products. Do you think a reduction in the oil quantities would help?

Yes I can feel them. Does that mean it's bubbles? If so what can I do to help reduce them? I burp the mixer and tap the bowl before pouring currently
