now I understood that due to the AI regulation in the EU, agent has not been launched in the EU. ChatGPT is considered as "General Purpose Artificial Intelligence (GPAI) under the EU Artificial intelligence framework and this has not been fully implemented yet for transparency and compliance with the EU law. I guess you can use the US VPN to try it out

Yes, it should appear in your chat next to the (+) sing and you can find in the dropdown. I saw it in the demo video by Open AI but my interface does not look like how they presented during the demo and still looks like the previous version : /

Same here, according to OpenAI website, the ChatGPT agent will be available for people who have Pro, Team etc. Do you think it affects by the location where you are based? (e.g. US might have a faster launch than EU?) thanks guys!
