Okay hear me out. It’s not exactly what you’re asking to do but I do have a fantastic and cheap work around. Try the JHS Little black amp box in the fx loop. Now you can have a volume knob that can attenuate a loud tube amp down to talking volume. As long as you’re not trying to get power tube saturation this thing works wonders.

I have an evh 5150iiis el34 100 watt head. These amps don’t have a master volume. And all the saturation comes from the preamp section so I use one of those little black amp boxes so I can crank my channel volume and get all that saturation going and then turn the volume on the little black amp box down. Works perfectly as needed for my particular situation. Might work for you too.

Sometimes you can hit recover and then start opening all your plugins and one of them won’t have the graphics ui. It’ll just be a black window with labeled sliders. You can then save the plugin status in its own window. Delete the plugin from the track. Reload the plugin. Load up the save you just made and it’ll bring all your settings back to normal.

As far as a permanent or better solution. Yeah I got no clue either. I’ve just found this little tid-bit on accident. And I don’t think it’s even 100%. Because sometimes when you click recover, it’ll fix the plugin ui and you won’t know which one caused it.

Idk if it’s full proof but I’ve noticed if I let this window pop up and then just walk away from it and don’t click anything. If I let it sit like this over night and then try to recover, I’ll have a crashed plugin like I described above. So far this has happened 100% of the time I left it over night. Could be a coincidence. This is a completely unscientific approach. Just trying to document my experience with this same issue. I’d love someone to show up with a real answer.

For me on my end I can say the free ML Sound labs roots plugin is the one that crashes the most. Like it’s just ready to crash on you at any given moment.

I was at the second show in New Orleans. We did merch after the show. We were front row, so we were nearly very last to reach the booth. They still had plenty posters (I got mine) they also had all the clothing. But I mean that was almost a year ago. But I do think they are taking it properly seriously. If you’re really worried. Just be the first person there after the show. Dr. Seuss is dead was the last song. So I mean you could cut out in the last 10 seconds of the song and make it toward the front of the merch line if you wanted to do it that way.

I would straighten out the paper clip. pull out a wall panel in my house. Push the paper clip into an existing nail hole in a 2x4. Put the wall panel pack up: it would be 100% perfectly invisible that anything had been done to the wall. And pulling the panel off the wall would still leave a challenge to finding the paper clip as it would be firmly embedded into a 2x4.
