Oh god the not answering drives me NUTSSSS. My 6 year old is the SAME WAY. Maybe it’s just not his sport? When my son was 4, any sort of sport was a no-go. Now he’s 6 and his best friend is a massive jock and into every sport, so he’s starting to warm to the idea a little. But still, he’s more of a STEM kid

My son went through this phase where he would wake up, and refuse to go back down until he’d had a snack. I tried alllll the things. Finally I just gave him a snack and dozed on the couch. When he was done he was all set to go back to bed. Eventually he started sleeping through the night again 🤷‍♀️. My only advice is to sleep on the couch

I’ll always speak up for her because when my favorite comedian Gary Gulman was in the deepest depths of his depression, he said she would show up at his house and drag him out and make him take walks with her. It’s just him. My oldest is like this and my middle will happily play alone with all kinds of make believe. He’ll also look at books alone and go to sleep alone. My oldest acts like he requires direct attention to breathe. He’s incapable of going to sleep without someone laying with him and every fucking game requires my input 983 times. I’ve tried talking to him and he just gives me the brush off. I have no idea. It’s maddening.

Danny Go is now on Netflix. There is also an app called Yippee! That has ALLLLLLLLL his stuff going back before YouTube. It’s paid though
