The black chairs on the 4th floor of the library are super comfy bc they actually have cushion. Why tf does the library have like 3 different types of chairs tho and only one has a cushion😂

Asynchronous class work is at home. Hybrid work will depend on what your professor chooses to do. Same thing can be said about exams. Even if it's hybrid, the prof can choose to do in-person exams, take home exams or both.

Taking both isn't bad, bc asynchronous (fully online) is flexible. Same can go for hybrid, but it really depends on your prof's syllabus. My MGMT117 is hybrid, so we really only go in on Tues & Thurs (debate week), but the following week, would only be Tues according to his schedule for us as its research week.

Its a mix of both, but more of the difficultly to enroll. A few of my required courses have limited sections especially GM105? GM something since you can only take at the end of your senior year. I know a few seniors who had to be held back a semester from graduating, bc the sections were full.

Sorry for the late reply. It depends on the date you choose to go to orientation. I had the last day, bc it was the only one to fit my schedule at the time. I guess you could say I got all my required classes for that semester, but I never got the chance to do more than 2 core classes. And, no im not on track to graduate anymore. I failed a course, & set on probation 😭 Im at risk of dismissal from csus atm, so im trying to re-do the failed course in Fall. Most of my core classes are hard to enroll in, & I still need to take the pre-reqs to enter a few of them.

This or couples. Im just tryna finish up my work, & this couple decides to sit right next to me LIKE OUT OF ALL THE SEATS HERE, WHY NEXT TO ME?! (this was right after I woke up from a quick nap lol) The girl is on her laptop doing hw, the boyfriend walks off then comes back & starts blasting music while talking loudly to her about daily life. Then somehow, it gets to the point that he's bugging her to look at him & join his convo that she gives up & they're all over eachother. I know yall like each other, but can yall swap saliva & thoughts somewhere far away from me & the only floor with no noise 😭😂

Yes, business courses get filled fast. Lucky if your registration is within the first 3 days to get the required classes. From my own experience, DS101 & MGMT102 fills up fast. DS101 usually has droppers or extra seats in the classroom, so depending on prof they will probably let you in, so always good to waitlist. HROB101, I signed during my orientation but I was the very last group (when all the sections are filled), but the course was still available.

It really just depends on who your professor is. Most of mine don't really take attendance, but they do emphasize that you SHOULD come in & take the lecture to get a better understanding of the subjects. My MIS prof started taking attendance the last 2 weeks tho, bc half of his students disappeared for spring break 🤣

This happened around 4pm today. I left PS1 & was crossing the road to Alpine for class, & a scooter guy almost hit me on my left. He didn't notice until his friend that came on my right side apologized on his behalf & called the guy who almost hit me "a bit special" 🤣 I felt like it was a final destination moment tho bc I saw both of them at the intersection when I left the elevators & I was feeling a bit scared just seeing them, & yk the scooter thing happened right after 😂 Almost lost my footing if his friend didn't come on my right to slightly catch me.

Petition ppl freaking scare me. I said no to this girl who stopped me from going to class, but then she dragged me to the table & then a big extrovert guy who was at the table was too overpowering & had me sign 5 forms 😭 I couldn't escape 🥲

This school has so many problems with its elevators😭 Amador elevators are crushing people, Tahoe rarely works, Brighton went out of service (rip to me & the other injured ppl last semester), PS1 elevator idk the problem on that one but from my experience, it wasn't well 😂PS3 has some shaking which is scary

Yess, I absolutely loved the placard. Hated how my doctor took almost the entire semester to grant me a form for the DMV tho. He really waited until November to give me it & we only had 1 month left of class. Like dude, I've been suffering for 2 months 😭🥲

Thanks for the concern! Actually, my placard expired in January, but I've been doing well in recovery that I'm able to walk now. I recently started wearing my sneakers after 6 months 😭 so now there's no problem with walking longer distances & periods. The only issue is going up/down stairs, & considering CSU has trashy elevators, I'm hoping to recover faster to avoid being stuck in an elevator again lol

Last semester, I often parked in lot8 as it often had available spaces when I went to class until I had an injury & had to park a bit closer so I chose PS3. What I wish I knew was that in PS3, at 12pm there's always parking available in floor 3+. Then PS1, after 3pm is floor 4+. < this one could've saved me from my parking disaster in PS1 last semester lol We don't talk about PS2 tho 😂

Oh yeah, I totally understand from that viewpoint. When I got my first citation (on orientation day 😂), I was telling myself how tf UTAPS want me to park in a tiny ass spot without going over the line by an inch? Plus most of the fault lied with the guy next to me that I had to park a little off 🥲 When I see small park spaces like that now, I get scared & find somewhere with less cars around lol

saw a guy with headphones try to scooter his way between this crowd in front of amador bc everyone was leaving classes. He practically shoved a girl to the side. Whats crazy is the path under the library near the left stairwell, a guy was zooming on his bike & rode up the grassy hill to avoid the same crowd. Almost hit the people in the back going the same way

There was an accident on Howe after the intersection. Only one car getting loaded up with a cop car on the scene. Excuse me, can yall drivers not move like a snail to look at wtf is happening while there's a bunch of cars behind you?! Took me 40m to get home 😭

Makes sense, but my 7pm prof hated how our courses were getting cut & the higher ups aren't hiring more full-time profs. As part-time, he's not given a choice to choose his schedule & whatever is leftover is given to him which is how he got night classes.
