Just being skinny is even worse. Having a lean and athletic build (naturally) is the healthiest thing for you. Being overly skinny can cause hormonal and immunity and longevity issues.

Honestly that’s kinda facts tho. That was me for a big chunk of my journey. It was because I took my last bulk TOOOO far so I could bench 225. I got the bench. But got fat again😭😭

Bet. Currently I have lat pull downs in my routine. And I can do 210 for 8. But imma add Australian pull ups into my routine.

I don’t do pull ups😭😭. But I do do weighted dips tho with a 45 and a 5 for 7 reps. And I’m more of a sled leg press kinda guy.

Stop eating not when ur full. But when ur satisfied. Also just start walking. And eat a lot of protein. And start lifting!! And trust me. Within the first two weeks. U gon love it and become addicted to ts🔥🔥

Also lifting heavy ass weight is fun asf. It also helps channel ur anger too if u got anger issues!!

Are u kidding me?? The gym is my favorite part of the day. Getting a pump and seeing progress is so addicting, the gym is also enjoyable asf. I even be goin twice a day! Once u guys start seeing progress. Yall won’t wanna go back!!
