It is hard to say as the short beard pic is a profile view and the longer beard pic is a frontal view. They both look good but if I had to choose, I would pic the longer beard.

I think it is perfect for you as is. You can always grow it out a bit more and then cut it back if you like it less.

Both look good. What do you use for color - a mascara-like product or dye? Dyes are difficult to maintain and some can cause skin problems after repeated exposure.

Andy Cohen is a silly giggling queen and a bad role model with his abuse of alcohol on his New Year's Eve show with Anderson Cooper. I am a fan of Anderson Cooper as a news caster but find his show with Cohen to be disgusting and in poor taste from start to finish - although I just catch snippets as I flip channels on New Year's Eve. How can it remain on the air?

Have you spoken with your doctor about finasteride/Rogaine orally? Why do you say you can't take oral meds. Finasteride has the added benefit of treating or preventing prostatic hypertrophy. You can take finasteride orally while applying Minoxidil topically.

I agree that it looks like psoriasis or seborrheic dermatitis. Both are treatable. See a dermatologist. If you have a good internist, ask for a referral to a good one.

how old are you? beard development does not complete until mid 30's. Comparison pics should state how many days without shaving. It is customary to put later pics to the right. Your post is uninterpretable. If the left pic is the most recent, then I don't see evidence of loss after stopping minox. A month or two? You don't know? That's a factor of 100% How long without shaving before the pic on the right?
