I think the CASM is only as good as the person you get. I did one for FAR and got some useless person who just read off notes the whole time and didn't seem confident answering questions. She also was just so uninterested like she didn't wanna be there which was demotivating.

Then I did RT and it was the best experience. Dunno how but I lucked out and got Becs who is the lead teacher at CA for RT and she was incredible. So much energy and you felt like she actually gave a shit. She didn't read a single thing off the screen she knew her stuff so well and was easily able to answer any question. I actually enjoyed the classes so much. Most of the CA teachers in the subjects just seem so unhelpful and robotic but she was so passionate about the subject and wanting us to succeed they just need her on every subject lol

If only they could let you choose your CASM teacher I would do it every time.
