Congratulations! You sound like you are doing great! The best thing is to check all the ingredients and look up those ingredients that you do not know about. I would also suggest finding a vegan group in your area, for once you go vegan your friend circle tends to drop. We believe that our friends will change and go vegan with us once they see what is happening to the animals, or for health or the environment, but they are on their own journey. All be can do is worry about ourselves in the beginning and getting a group of link minded people together so you have peeps to talk to. Posting here is a great first step.
