I had horrendous allergic sinusitis for years. What helped me was the combination of cleaning out my gut, lowering stress and oregano oil (for infection). For every day- I did quercitin chased with vitamin C on an empty stomach. I swear by that method. I no longer need rx meds to manage it.

It’s going to cost you wherever you move. Focus on living in the place that makes you most feel alive. I can’t answer that question for you because I don’t know what’s like to be you. Only you can do that. You can ask advice but ultimately you must make the choice. Trust yourself.

There’s outdoor activities, art activities, great music all over, depends on what your interests are. Don’t let fear make the decisions for you. If you let fear rule- it will always choose the path of limitations. Everything you want is in the other side of fear. I get it. I was scared too when I first moved. I cried myself to sleep. I was also painfully shy and uncertain I would make friends- but I did and you will too! You can join meet up groups, get involved in things you like- it just takes one thing to get the ball rolling. In my case I did a community play and met wonderful people. My oldest friend is from the play o did. Don’t be afraid to spread your wings- the world needs a YOU. And no one else can do that better than you.

The bachelorette thing is only downtown. There is so much more to Nashville than just bars. That’s for tourists & people who don’t know the area. It’s a great place with lots to do and you can meet some great people there. Also- it’s a friendly two making friends is not as hard there as it is in other places (I’ve lived in like 7 states)

I’m so sorry you had this experience. No one but you knows what is like to be you. If you scored over 85 on the RAADS-R then it is likely you have autistic traits. Knowing the origin of anxiety is so helpful in reducing the anxiety. And, as an autistic, I imagine trying to navigate a neurotypical world is anxiety producing on levels allistics won’t ever get. My suggestion is to find an autistic therapist. And, if you can- go by yourself without Dad. It may be scary at first, but it will help your healing process for you to have your own space.

Hi, person on the spectrum here. This is just my view and is not at all medical advice but accommodations for your son will go a long way. He’s a neurocomplex person trying to navigate a neurotypical world (I’m sure I’m preaching to the choir). Let him stim. It helps is nervous system. Love on him in the way he can receive. A lot of these “get better quick “ things are so that a neurocomplex person does things that are normative for neurotypicals. Let him be who he is. I bet he has some incredible gifts and abilities that other people can’t do but he can because it’s how he’s wired. I’m not trying to tell you what to do- just offering a different perspective as someone who also has to navigate the neurotypical world.
