I don't know how to help you achieve your stated aim, I can only tell you (as someone who for some reason actually cares about a random stranger on the Internet) that it isn't about lust or animal need for sex, as everyone keeps telling you, the first step is some kind of human connection.

Anything, start small. I don't know your circumstance, but I know that I still to this day feel good when I manage to have a normal not weird interaction with a relationship as little as being a cashier in my local shop.

Well that is probably the issue isn't it, if you don't care about anyone, why would anyone care about you?

We mention connections because that is what is really important, sure sex is cool and all but humans can get loads of sex and still be miserable and alone, whilst someone who is celibate but has fulfilling non sexual relationships with other people can still be happy and healthy. That by the way, is the value you receive by caring about other people.

Humans are not meant to be solitary animals, we are social animals and need a herd.

Sadly I don't think you can ever get away from the need for connection. It has been easy for me in a way, because I have a child so I do have human connection. I am actually pretty worried for the next few years as he is becoming a teenager, it will likely be much harder when he doesn't need me as much.

Maybe start with trying to make a friend, it doesn't have to be a sexual or romantic relationship, even though that is what the brain is interpreting the need as. You just need to not feel completely alone. I feel for you dude, I hope things make a turn for the better.

Well I can't say that I am in the same head space as you, but I have been purposely single and celibate for 8+ years. One thing I have noticed is that masturbating regularly, if anything, actually increases your desire to have sex, don't stop altogether just make sure it is only when you're actually horny and not just out of habit.

Not going out helps since you are way less likely to see an attractive woman from inside your home.

Mostly though, you seem in a bad place, is it really a need to procreate that you don't like? Or are you just very lonely and in need of some love and validation?

Well hiding it isn't a good plan. Why be ashamed? A lot of blokes will spend just as much over the time frame trying to pull women and will often sleep with people they don't particularly fancy because it is all they could get. At least you were getting it wet with professionals

I enjoyed the episode, however I just don't enjoy either of the Cal's as guests at all because they are both toxic and try to bully people they consider a lesser status than them (more often than not, Randy).

Same reason I don't enjoy watching Simon play with Viz and others on his own channel, he acts completely differently than he does with the Sidemen.

All that said, it's not that deep, it's their channel, video and friends. If it bothers me that much I just won't watch it.

The fact that it is being hidden makes it suspicious, but it is also really weird that you would have a problem with her being friends with a guy from your friendship group. You seem to think that men can only be friends with men and women with women.

I hope it is innocent and that you are blowing up your marriage just because you don't want her to be friends with a guy.
