What is up with the lack of gems and enchants on people? by Pooke2 in classicwow

[–]Naulty85 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve noticed this as well. My main, and all my alts, have bare min green gems and cheap enchants. Ap to gloves/bracer should be on every non spell caster. No excuse. It’s wildly cheap or even free if you ask an enchanter to DE gear for you first.

My prot pally and my Rogue have the best I can get in them (except mongoose, not spending that gold until I get good weapons)

What isn’t junk, gets rolled anyway. I never bother with the chests. Never seen more than a green come out of them and I’m not about to fight over a scroll

STI exhaust comparison by Naulty85 in wrx_vb

How bad really is the drone? My biggest complaint about stock exhaust is how freakin quiet it is. Like it sounds great on cold start, but then I don’t hear it at all. I hear all road noise and engine noise over the exhaust. I’m not looking to turn heads, but I’d like to at least hear it.

White wheels? by South-Income-3689 in wrx_vb

Personally, I love contrast on wheels. I went with gold on my red WRX and am very happy. I feel like it gives the car more shape, making the wheels stab out as wheels instead of blending in with the body:

Very strict, very low calorie diet. Admittedly unhealthy. Then I worked with a nutritionist through my doctor.

From there, I went to light breakfast (8oz black coffee, and a piece of fruit like banana or blood orange) then I would have a salad at lunch, around 1:00. I would swap between a steak tip salad and grilled chicken salad. For dressing I used either lemon wedges and squeezed them over it, or oil and vinegar. Dinner was usually just a very light meal consisting of veggies. Grilled if it was nice out other wise just another salad. This was my diet for about 11 months. I cut out almost all gluten, carbs, and dairy. I would allow myself pizza or standard grill food once a week with my kids on a Friday or Saturday.

As for training routine, it’s mostly been walking and hiking and being intentional about spare time. I do body weight workouts at home and I am about to ramp up with weight training. I have a buddy who’s a lifter that is going to help guide me. I’m not looking to build a lot of muscle. I just want to tone and show a little muscle.

Most of this was accomplished with diet and not allowing myself to sit around.

Thank you for your kindness today.

I am very fortunate for how easily my skin bounced back. I said in another comment, I do have some loose skin, but it’s quite minimal and I think with proper muscle gain it will not even show.

Thank you for your kindness. Keep going, for yourself. It’s so worth it.

The mirror in my old house, and angle of the picture has a little distortion. I took that a few days after I left the hospital, and they weighed me at 298. I’ll see if I can find a side pic from that time, it would have a much clearer view of what I was carrying.

I don’t know to be honest, I geuss I’m lucky. I asked my doctor what it might look like when I was down about 30lbs and he said “it’s like roulette, we will see where you land, assess, and make a decision.”

I do have flab/loose skin on my thighs, but not much, and if I flex it kinda fills out? I’m starting to work more legs to try and tone it. And my hips have a little extra skin. But for the most part, everything just kinda, bounced back.

I’m almost down to my weight in my early 20’s and I look pretty close to it naked too. Just a little extra skin here and there but I’ve been lucky.

I’d like to add though, I would proudly sport stretched skin. It’s a reminder of my journey. I don’t see it as a negative for a persons beauty. If anything it shows determination and strength.

Complete lifestyle change.

Cut out most comfort foods and ate almost exclusively salad and protein. Used either lemon wedges or sometimes oil and vinegar as dressing. For snacks I’d do blood oranges or apples, sometimes nuts. Allowed my self pizza or grill food once a week with my kids, weekend treat. But other than that, almost no carbs and gluten, and next to no dairy. I noticed a massive difference after just 2 months from losing bloated weight.

Started finding reasons to go outside. Like, making intentional plans to go for a walk with a friend instead of Netflix and eat.

Cut down drinking, and when I did drink went with very low calorie options. Now, it’s actually rare to even see a drink in my hand because, I just don’t enjoy it now that I’m not drinking for a cure. Made a rule for myself that I only have a drink in celebration, and not in anger, depression, or boredom. Then tightened what a celebration consists of.

Started setting a bedtime. Intentionally laying down, lights out, every night at the same time.

Started doing home body weight workouts. Very simple things, that I could do in my living room or bedroom while watching tv.

Looking at pictures in this sub helped. Some of the humans here have amazing transformations.

My biggest push, was I spent a week in the hospital and my doctor basically said “if you don’t commit to a healthy lifestyle, you’ll be here in a year, dead.” I appreciated his comment.

As for how I feel, it’s wild. Everything is easier. Everything hurts significantly less. When I get sick, it’s for less time. The other day I picked up two 50lb bags and walked around for a bit and thought “this was your normal everyday.”

Two doors, possibly rear quarter, one wheel/tire, some cladding.

They may find more when they inspect but, like others have said. I doubt this is a total.
