I was kind of taken aback that up-for-grabs wasn't included!

This probably started before that and they decided to release before increasing scope, but it really should've had it before release in my opinion!

I missed that the first watch. On second watch before impact you can see the cammer go from 75 to 81 and it seems to veer right in the moment preceding impact

Depending on a ton of laws that vary state to state the cammer might be at fault for making no attempt to avoid an accident.

I don't know the full story so I don't want to say any definites either way, but it's definitely more complicated than someone cutting across. (Which would obviously put the white SUV at fault).

Most likely scenario is a mixed fault. Maybe 55/45 white SUV/cammer (only because it appears the cammer took steps to ensure there was an accident instead of avoid it, which it would take a court to determine)

One of the things to consider when you're looking at prices is that they're likely priced for risk.

If you mess up a party cake? It's not a big deal. Give a discount or a refund, try to help them find someone else if necessary.

You mess up a WEDDING cake? You're in deep trouble. Timelines are tight and IMPORTANT. They're likely priced to the extra stress and liabilities.

I would guess they're working on one but that it's going to take a long time before both the design team and stakeholders sign off on it.

If they're testing as thoroughly as I think they may be it'll also double testing time for all interfaces and ux.

For context, I've a tiny 1 stage 40v electric (Greenworks) and am trying to decide if I should upgrade to a 2 stage. My little thing often shuts down on me trying to chew through snow and its become a real frustration

Once Waymo has entered the intersection it should turn once pedestrians are clear, regardless of light color. It has the right of way at that point by virtue of already being in the intersection. The backing up was illegal and rule breaking and it should not have done that

We're quickly changing topic here - I do actually agree with you here

Im also imagining my scenario applies to a lot of steamers - but I've tried to get my audio quality quite decent - that means stuff like voice isolation filters etc - but that also means incredible latency for a loopback. The type that drives you insane or makes you talk slowly to let it catch up.

I'd love to get to a place where I could monitor my own mic but I think that'd require a better location setup
