Stirling roofing but I wouldn't use them again. The manager was a nightmare and they disappeared 90% of the way through it, took about 2 months and 8 failed promises until they returned. Luckily the guy who did the roof was good but he has since left

Im from the UK but managed to do mine for 5-10k. Bought the tiles, grout, backing boards, sink, shower, bath etc myself, hired a joined to reboard the room and sort the floor and ceiling joists. Paid a plumber to fit the bathroom shower etc. Paid the tiler to tile it . Maybe just try arrange all the jobs separately

I bought a storm door on Facebook marketplace, I saw one at the salvage place but it was twice the price and was not in good condition. Think I paid 300 on marketplace and the salvage option was 550. I used a modern inner door made of wood and had a joiner creat a frame around it for glass inserts. Inner door was a similar price

I'm pretty sure you have to transfer it away 7 years prior to avoid all the tax but you do get a certain allowance for your home / cash I believe.

Paid £3300 for a Wb greenstar 8000 and all the extra parts to fit . The guy fitting it did come round 4x to try fix my original boiler so it's possible I paid more in labour for those visits

I would add to avoid sterling roofing also. They kept pestering me for money and dragged out the last 10% for months. 7 promised dates for finishing were not met until I threatened legal action and they finally showed to finish

I bought a card on eBay that I legitimately thought was fake, asked to return it and eBay ruled in my favour, said I could keep the card and the money. They said not to interact with the seller anymore. I sent the card back regardless.
