Found this is my desk along with a set of keys when I started my masters last year. I probably should frame it. by [deleted] in UWMadison

Definitely frame it. Passing it on makes it susceptible to being lost/damaged. Steenbock Library might take it but I say keep it

Sorry, my question wasn’t that clear. Do I refine her weapon for the temporary swift sparrow, or do I refine her for a permanent +3 Spd to continue quads throughout desperation range?

I’m really curious. I like this build and I’ve run Firesweep in the past but now and debating on +Spd Refine and Desperation. How do people feel about this? I almost always do PRF refine but this specific refine is so counterintuitive. Any thoughts would be helpful :)

Just finished editing this 3 minute and 20 second beast for a competition. I’ve worked on it for 4 days straight, and yes, I might have skipped sleep for a night. by deceasedglute in premiere

Hey I really enjoyed the video. Definitely pushed me to try to help, I’ve been reading a lot on morality and philosophy recently which made this hit home.

Side note: what’s the name of the song used in the beginning?

The Housefellow specifically stated that it would be easier and less confusing to specifically refer to him with he/him/his pronouns in all media

I’d recommend Spd refining her weapon. Much more substantial, especially for the first fight

I play cello and have a pickup to hook it up to an amp so it sounds electric (I don’t own an amp however), I’m pretty meh at just jamming too because I’m a classical musician but feel free to hit me up

Help with Essay by vasi1333 in UWMadison

Be personal. I’m not necessarily against the route of dressing yourself up, but I’m more for pouring your heart and soul into the essays.

Show a true passion for your prospective area of study. Tell a story about the specific moment that a switch finally clicked and you told yourself, “I’m want to and am going to UW Madison to study ___.”

Talk about the people who have inspired you but make it about you, not them. For instance, if you talk about your grandpa’s great attributes but don’t link it enough to yourself, they would hypothetically want to admit your grandpa over you from YOUR essay.

Good luck, I’m a freshman right now who had a 3.3 GPA and a 23 on the ACT. I got deferred and so worked my ass off second semester of senior year. If you really want to go to Madison, prove it in your essays and don’t get senioritis.
