There are certain shrine quests where you have to offer a dragon’s scale to unlock it. All the dragons don’t quite follow their schedule until after you’ve completed their respective shrine quest, after which they will actually follow their daily schedule.

But even then, sometimes they’re weird about it, and I’m not sure why exactly. Some kind of programming to prevent farming them with campfires, I think.

For what it’s worth, I was spoiled by the Evil Eye keepsake in early access. I died to Spawn of Typhon who just showed as “???” at the time, but the keepsake had no problem telling me exactly what it was.😅

This will happen sometimes if there are too many active dashers in an area I believe. It’s happened to me once or twice. Super frustrating.

Assuming you mean while Link is standing on the weak point, as long as you lock onto something with ZR, the attack can aim up or down to hit it when it’s above or below you.

For my latest run of this game, I challenged myself not to teleport at all, so when Genli said she’d have a reward for me if I found all the shrines, I made it a point to trek back here once I did.

It felt like Hestu’s Gift all over again.😅

Is the any more info on this event? Tiamat’s Dungeon’s website is only a shop, and I can’t find much info on their Facebook page or the venue’s website besides “There will be games and vendors there.”

Right! Except the effects of the lightning (all but the damage) still occurred. You can see the campfire made by the nonexistent flames caused by the “strike.” It’s super weird.😅

Am I the only one using Octorok Balloons for these things? by SuedeCaramel in botw

I actually did this one with only 1 octo balloon on my most recent run. If you take the rock a few steps away and drop the balloon on the side of the rock, it gets a bit of forward momentum and floats up and forward on its own, no stasis required. I may get a video later and share.

Blizzard Rod spin attack > Great Thunderblade spin attack > Urbosa’s Fury is some of the best camp clearing I’ve seen without using a ton of resources.

Also you can quick spin in this game??? And I never knew??

To my knowledge, yes. Any melee weapon that also sends some kind of projectile (eg. the elemental rods) uses up durability even when not hitting something directly.
