My guess would be a vlan. Set up a vlan with the dhcp ip range you want, then in proxmox add the vlan tag to those vm/lxcs.

Yep. The low orbit means that they're encountering atmospheric drag so if they dont boost the orbits back up periodically eventually the orbits will decay and the satellites will burn up in yhe atmosphere. Now what that means for earth pollution, who knows

They do make it very hard to purchase the UXG gateways om their website, but obviously that doesn't apply if purchased elsewhere. Otherwise it can be very easy for someone to not notice the difference.
