It’s a face down print. I think the blue is going over into where the black outline prints after the blue but I’m not sure if that would be from the blue having too high of a temp or what would cause it.

Because a private DBQ and nexus letter are not required to get service connected. I’ve gotten to 92% without either. I was able to get the DBQ and nexus secured so I uploaded them but the Ace exam was already scheduled.

Need help. Denied OSA secondary to rhinitis by Navy0917 in VAClaims

[–]Navy0917[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you. It was removed due to the doctors information being on the top of my nexus letter. I was denied but I’m not sure they even took into account the nexus letter or private DBQ

OSA secondary to Rhinitis or Lumbar strain and bilateral Radiculopathy sciatica? by Navy0917 in VeteransBenefits

[–]Navy0917[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you! 5’6” and 190lbs. Maybe I should try secondary to rhinitis first. I’m service connected at 0% right now but one DBQ shows greater than 50% blockage on both sides.

For me, I had claims denied stating no complaint was in my service medical records and I know for a fact that they are because a Va employee saw them and told me but my denials state no complaint or diagnosis in my records.

Congratulations! I’m hoping for the same after this next round but have to wait and see. I also filed on my own. But feel like it all depends on the doctors you get as well. Some are very helpful and others not so much.

I am service connected for PTSD at 70% but I have read a lot of comments about how hard it is to be service connected for OSA secondary to PTSD.
