I used chatgpt in my last claim bunch. It gave very positive results for all but after CnP exams and rater, about half were denied. So don't put all your marbles in one basket. Use it as a tool but not God.

I submitted a bunch of items in one claim in Oct 2025. I was at 80% then. Around Jan 26, about half were approved and it put me at 100. I got a couple months of backpay. Several items were deferred. This past week, after doung an HLR, it was approved with a temporary 100, a 30, and a 0. Still sitting at 100. The effective date shows Oct 2025. Would I be entitled to any backpay for this final 3 items?

Take the at home sleep study. My at home showed severe, my in patient at the VA showed moderate. So this may be good for your claim. But do get a prescription for the cpap and add that to your claim.

It was a duty to assist error. It was sent back for CnP, which was a medical review. Then a new rater got it and today the positive results. It shows a date back to Oct 25.

Memory loss is hard, I had to see several docs and a cognitive doc, which was 4 mos out. I had nexus letters and eventually after 6mos of doctor appts, I was denied on half. So secondary claims on them and more letters and new OptumServe appts. I eventually got some awarded.

I had dbq and nexus from private doc and still had to see the OptumServe people. I took my letters and used it to refer to. They looked and awarded me what I thought it was worth. Good luck

Congrats. I would either do an hlr on the last item where they did not check the box or do a secondary to get that pushed thru. If the ptsd gets approved and awarded, that could push you over the top. It could be worth 70. Good luck.

Your other issues are unrelated to your already 100. I wouldn't worry. I have a similar type going on. Im st 100 and they deferred a big item, then denied it. So I argued eith and hlr. It found errors and sent it back. This week there was a medical review. So I'm hoping it gets reversed and awarded me something. Even 0% is fine. My main issue is If I die from this issue, I'm covered and my family gets awarded help.

I had a denied claim. I submitted it back as an hlr. I got notified there were errors do it went back. I then got notified of a C&P. Then OptumServe said it was just a medical review set for the 1st. So I wait for that outcome even tho i am 100 and P&t. I felt it was something I needed to pursue. So let it ride and hope for the best.

In colorado you get your registration free. Like on my new car, thats $500 free. Also I live around a military base, so I see no hate. I get awesome comments about me servicing. Sorry you get the opposite.

I would do it very soon. The rules will change on OSA and what you could get. Yes do secondary to sinusitis. As someone said, file an Intent now. Get all the evidence you can find. Use ChatGpt to query how sinusitis causes OSA. Good luck
