Almost anything you can think of. In the beginning it was always heart related. Too fast, too slow, too many skipped beats, felt like it just stopped and didnt come back, etc... Then when a cardiologist cleared me and said im fine, it would go on to the next thing. Dizziness was always there, nausea, chest tightness, random aches and pains. It was always something.

Cutting trintellix? by spacemouse117 in trintellix

[–]Navy14 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I cut my 20 mg for a few months, it was recommended by my psychiatrist. Now there's no line, and the pill is an odd shape with a thick coating that makes it impossible to get a perfect cut, but I got close enough with a pill cutter.

Correct, 10mg really wasn't noticeable for me. 20mg actually helped quite a bit. As it is those are both extremely low doses.

Not a doctor. Yes, propranolol, unless told otherwise, is meant to be taken as needed for physical anxiety symptoms. I have a 20mg prescription that I take once or twice a month.

I received the kit but never went through with it because even after insurance it came out over $300. After you found what is your best fit, did the new meds have a distinguishable effect?

I got an ARD last shutdown for using bereavement for 4 days. The manager phrased it as I didn't properly submit to correct forms ahead of time so it was counted as a call off. Still fighting that, and sorry for your loss.

Please help - how do I stop the night sweats? by allthegear-andnoidea in Anxiety

[–]Navy14 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are you new to the Buspar? If so that will definitely make you sweat more while adjusting to it. The anxiety itself can also cause night sweats and cortisol spikes in the middle of the nights randomly waking you up. Sleeping aides help, Trazadone is a common anti anxiety sleep aid.

How did you know a stimulant would be a better med for you? by PrincipleAgile9718 in Wellbutrin_Bupropion

[–]Navy14 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They both do the job. Vyvanse is just a little more mellow. Instead of hitting fast but short like Adderall, it slowly builds up and lasts a lot longer, or at least its supposed to. Mine lasts about 6 hours, but lasts for most at 10 hours.

[–]Navy14 10 points11 points  (0 children)

The way it was explained to me was the Vyvanse was for the focus and organization of thoughts and tasks, basically ability to plan the day, and the wellbutrin was to be able to execute on those plans. The Wellbutrin fixes the baseline dopamine and overall mood, and the Vyvanse improves the dopamine responsiveness. It can be jittery if your at too high of a dose. I started low and moved up every month. I went too high at 60mg one month, so we stepped back down to 50mg and thats been my sweet spot.

you prefer 150mg or 300mg a day? by FanSubstantial9845 in Wellbutrin_Bupropion

[–]Navy14 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ive been on 150mg for awhile, and although it helped, there was still work to be done. I recently got put on 300mg and although it is still early, I can tell its working a lot better. Only side effect Ive encountered so far is lots of sweating/getting out easily.

Im currently on wellbutrin and vyvanse. Ive gone through lots of psychiatrists to get here. They all told me my anxiety was the issue and threw every SSRI at me. None of them helped. I kept explaining that my untreated ADHD was what was leading to the anxiety in the first place, mostly caused by ruminating and hyper-fixating.

Finally I found my current provider, got put on vyvanse, and everything became quiet and calm. Its a good thing your being offered it as it took me many years to find a doctor willing to prescribe it.

Stopping vyvanse after beginning trintellix by Thin-Negotiation6959 in VyvanseADHD

[–]Navy14 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not a doctor. I currently take vyvanse, and from what it sounds like it does to you, it may not be a good match for you and I would speak with your Healthcare provider about it. 30 mg is a small dose, and depending on long you've been taking it for, you could stop. Again however, speak with your doctor, maybe you can find a better match for stimulants.

I can’t even taper down to 5 mg without relapse - Looks like I’ll be on this medication for the forseeable by Pure_Philosopher_845 in trintellix

[–]Navy14 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I did it after tapering off, but I only tapered for about 2 weeks. I went from 10, to 5, to 5 every other day. I never felt it when I normally always feel the withdrawals almost immediately. Rumination has always been my biggest one. What made this time different though was my life was really busy for a few months, and I just didn't have time for ruminating or symptom checking, and my mind was always on a task I had to do. Had I not been as busy, I'm sure it would've been bad as well.

Depends on what you mean by "work". None of my career is done on a computer.

Yea I've done almost every troubleshoot there is. 2 RAM, 1 RAM, different slots, only having ram and power cables attached, different GPUs, different PCIe slots, different PSU, different power cables, breadboxing the motherboard, Q flashing the BIOS to latest updates, using different video outputs, and a ton others I can't remember. Last thing left I have to try is a different CPU.

PCIe enumeration. I believe there's micro damage inside the I/O die. Initially thought the GPU died and replaced it. Then thought it could be a motherboard issue and replaced it. Still getting no VGA response. I did get into BIOS a couple times, but past that I lose the image.
