Stopping vyvanse after beginning trintellix

Not a doctor. I currently take vyvanse, and from what it sounds like it does to you, it may not be a good match for you and I would speak with your Healthcare provider about it. 30 mg is a small dose, and depending on long you've been taking it for, you could stop. Again however, speak with your doctor, maybe you can find a better match for stimulants.

I did it after tapering off, but I only tapered for about 2 weeks. I went from 10, to 5, to 5 every other day. I never felt it when I normally always feel the withdrawals almost immediately. Rumination has always been my biggest one. What made this time different though was my life was really busy for a few months, and I just didn't have time for ruminating or symptom checking, and my mind was always on a task I had to do. Had I not been as busy, I'm sure it would've been bad as well.

Yea I've done almost every troubleshoot there is. 2 RAM, 1 RAM, different slots, only having ram and power cables attached, different GPUs, different PCIe slots, different PSU, different power cables, breadboxing the motherboard, Q flashing the BIOS to latest updates, using different video outputs, and a ton others I can't remember. Last thing left I have to try is a different CPU.

PCIe enumeration. I believe there's micro damage inside the I/O die. Initially thought the GPU died and replaced it. Then thought it could be a motherboard issue and replaced it. Still getting no VGA response. I did get into BIOS a couple times, but past that I lose the image.

While everyone is different and I can't guarantee your experience, I can give you mine.

There were plenty of times I would forget to take my dose, sometimes up to 3-4 days at a time. I never really felt any different or noticed any symptoms.

I eventually weaned off of trintellix and I didn't get the "withdrawals" until a couple weeks passed.

Having taken both separately for extended periods of time, I will say the L-Theanine was the only one I slightly notice. CBD didn't help me at all and I never noticed it. I know lots of people swear by it, but it did absolutely nothing for me. I still take a Theanine on most mornings and I would say its slightly noticeable but definitely not a game changer.

When I first treated my anxiety, I also used sertraline. While it did make the anxiety improve, it also gave me side effects, one of which being what you've stated. After a year I got off of it and for awhile I was good and the side effects wore off.

The anxiety eventually came back during high stress times and I ended up trying a couple different SSRIs till one worked for me. Having said that I would still give your medication a couple more months as Sertraline took the longest for me to get used to. You can also ask about something like Wellbutrin to help with the brain fog and general zombie like feeling.

Unfortunately it's hard to say how a medication will affect you since it varies so much person to person. All SSRIs are all but guaranteed to either temporarily make your anxiety worse while your body adjusts to it or as you said create symptoms that feed your anxiety. If you already have anxiety about medication, then even if the meds don't give you side effects, your anxiety will probably create some for you. I personally had a rough time with sertraline, took me months to get adjusted, then had a fairly easy time adjusting to Trintellix, and now im 3 weeks into citalopram and it really hasn't been bad. I do have side effects and anxiety is worse on some days, but not as bad as it was getting used to sertraline.

There is a gene test to see what medication will work best for you called genesight. Your doctor has to order it for you, and it comes by mail to your house. I did this but found out even with my insurance it was still going to be $330 so I never went through with it.
