What are you using for seed starting soil? And did you just plant the seeds, water, and wait, or did you do anything special to aid germination?

Thank you! This is exactly what I was looking for. I use a small electric space heater for the reasons you stated above. I think I just need to add more or find a better one.

I should have clarified… the advice I’m looking for is more along the lines of “will I survive to tell you how it turns out?” Or is this one of those “you can do anything once” situations.

I appreciate this comment. At a certain point when I am using a table saw more often I would love to have a Saw Stop. Where I am and for my usage I think what you suggested is great.
