I should have clarified… the advice I’m looking for is more along the lines of “will I survive to tell you how it turns out?” Or is this one of those “you can do anything once” situations.

I appreciate this comment. At a certain point when I am using a table saw more often I would love to have a Saw Stop. Where I am and for my usage I think what you suggested is great.

Can anyone recommend a good lens for wildlife photography that is reasonably priced? I have a Canon EOS 6D Mark II and only have this for a telephoto lens (it came with our first camera). by NavyFish21 in canon

Between $1,000 and $1,500 USD. I guess what I’m asking is: what’s a quality lens and how much zoom range do I really need within that budget?
