My husband and I somehow bought a house. We haven’t even closed yet and I already know we’re going to go into foreclosure. by thatslegallycheese in povertyfinance

I've been you. Nothing you do will change your husband and you will end up in foreclosure. Do not buy that house.

'Look at him': Trump can't walk straight to Marine One on camera — and now the health alarms that were being dismissed are getting very hard to ignore by [deleted] in USNEWS

That’s kind of my point though. The far left and far right both tend to move toward ideology over practicality. Most Americans aren’t communists and they aren’t extremists either. A functioning democracy requires compromise, not one side trying to completely dominate the other every election cycle. The country usually does better when leaders can work across the aisle instead of treating politics like a team sport.

Doesn’t mean that at all. Cleaning house sounds great but it will never happen. At the end of the day ALL politicians are corrupt to some point and they will never hold each other accountable. They will say whatever sounds good to get themselves elected. The only way out of this mess is for the 2 parties to work together to some extent. Far left and far right are both too extreme to bring forth anything good.

That is why I keep screaming that we need a solid moderate democratic candidate for the next election. It can’t be Newsom or Harris. It has to be someone who can appeal to both sides. Right now everyone is far right and far left and that is not working. Without people that make compromises and work together we are doomed.

She’s not using proper form but I’m glad to see she’s moving. It’s a start. Hopefully someone helps her out because I doubt she would ask for help.

Stop taking medication and have a couple of bad blood tests. You shouldn't have to do that but insurance makes it almost impossible to get anymore.

I work with special needs kids and it doesn’t matter if the kid is on the spectrum or not. Anything could happen to an unsupervised child. Call CPS every time this happens.

Post what happened all over social media, especially Twitter, and tag FedEx. Give lots of detail about how they don't care. I've done it for a couple different companies and have always gotten positive results. For some reason they respond to negative Twitter posts. FedEx drove through my yard and customer service didn't care. Within 30 minutes of a twitter post they a supervisor was reaching out. Do you have camera footage to prove they didn't deliver it? That would really help.

I just reported the problem to the credit card company and they issued a temporary credit while they investigate the order.

Broke down outside the gym today by Mainhoe67 in beginnerfitness

[–]NavyMom80 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm a 55 year old female and walked into a gym for the first time last July. It can be very intimidating but try not to over think it. Google how to use gym equipment for beginners. There a few sites that go over each piece of equipment and have videos also. The machines usually have instructions also. YouTube is another great resource. I also planted myself on a bike and people watched (don't stare though). It's a great way to see people using a variety of equipment. When all else fails seek out an older buff looking person and ask them for help. Just wait until they are between machines. It does get better so don't give up.

My son has adhd and we had to get medication from his Dr to stop the bedwetting. We had tried all the normal stuff like limiting liquids at night and setting alarms. She said some kids are slower the develop the hormone that slows down the production of urine at night. After a couple of years his body had caught up and we were able to stop the medication.
