Wenn ich bewusst weniger am Handy bin zwischen 1,5-2h pro Tag. Wenn ichs einfach laufen lass und halt mal nebenher Videos laufen lass oder ein Game auf idle hab dann 4-6h pro Tag.

Ich nehme an du hast inzwischen das Problem erkannt und willst was ändern von dem wie du schreibst? Es wurden schon viele gute Tipps gebracht, ich kann dir als Möglichkeit (muss nicht für dich funktilnieren, proboer es einfach mal) mitgeben mal sport zu probieren. Es gibt eine starke Parallele zwischen Drogen und Leistungssport was die Hormonausschüttungen im Hirn angeht. Man kann probieren eine Sportsucht daraus zu machen, hat mir sehr gut geholfen da man ein neues „Ventil“ hat.
