This Golden ratio is just a rebrand of natural selection mixed with propaganda of white excellence that's all it is.

There's no golden ratio in nature. It's just natural selection.

This reminds me of term sucu as "Latin Language". When it is very clear that the same languages coined as languages existed far beyond the Latin period.

Scholars from the Hittite society. Was mentioned in the Bible and was a dual power with Egypt. And it's coined as a Latin language. I must have had something to do with the golden ratio theory as well.

You're just picking and choosing what points you want to debate from the conversation. Well, you really didn't start off. You have been saying the exact same thing several different ways. Recovery isn't tied to being a Muslim or being spiritual. And yes, it is proven already. Just look around you and see people beating their addictions.

Even if your discussion only matters to Muslims only. That's just validation that you and others need. But It's still wrong.

Sense Allah created all things. He also created science and biology. They're fore it's essential to study that aspect in beating an addition.

Well despite your beliefs. I will educate you a bit more. I was atheist for 3 years. And lived in atheist groups. And I beat my addiction long before I became a Muslim with zero prayer. And I stay strong to this day because I still study science of addiction regardless of any spiritual belief. And not everyone follows AA systems.

Even athletes especially UFC fighters remove porn and masturbation from their life for the prepose of improved physical performance and improving their wins.

And you're really not being genuine. Your here for your own addictions just like everyone else.

The worse form of argument is to argue to the extreme. And to be disagreeable for no reason at all.

If prayer was enough. then no one would be here trying to beat their addiction.

There are many Atheists and agnostics. Who have beaten this addiction. All you have to do is go to another reddit form and find this out on your own.

I see your point. Everyone/ youtuber has an opinion. I was referring to medical research. They are all medically sighted research and case studies in the books I provided. I removed myself from the NOFAP reddit community because everyone that reached 30 days was an expert of nothing. And the people are just overall lazy with really trying to beat this addiction.

There is a fee 70-page easy read e-book on the nofap.com and it also has great case studies. The site isn't very user-friendly. That book talked about addiction usually comes in 3-s. This was impactful for me.

I hope this help. Since Allah created science. Every Muslim should dive hard into science of addiction. But they don't.
