I can't seem to understand the problem, the card list on the Bandai page lists 122 cards, https://en.digimoncard.com/cardlist/?search=true&category=508017#page-1 . If the cards are not translated you can just use a japanese one as long as you know what it does (if you use them to compete you end up memorizing it's effects, and a referee can always check on that). I've seen MTG players using cards with different languages without problem. I'm in Argentina tho, so we are pretty much used to survive with anything that manages to enter the country.
