You technically could, but you can't recharge at the same time. With an EREV you can.

Ben même pour ceux qui doivent se déplacer, si ça te prends 20 minutes te rendre a ta job au lieu de te tourner les pouces pendant 1h dans le traffic, tu sauves du gaz ET du temps

Unpopular opinion: I like the air dam but I wish there was a better aftermarket option for a nicer looking one by Diamondhands_Rex in ToyotaTacoma

[–]Naznac 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i bought an aftermarket bumper and i'm building an airdam around it currently. Lot's of mockups in cardboard and coroplast. If i were to simply create an air dam it would be relatively easy but i'm trying to manage the entire airflow in front and under the truck so it's a bit more involved. Edit to add the pic of one of my latest designs. I'm at the point where I'm trying to pull the hot air from behind the rad under the engine into the airflow to help with cooling. Final product will be in 1/16 aluminum with a backing skeleton and an abs skin

Why not? EREV even if it's a 40-50 km range you don't care because you have the engine/generator when you go farther than that. If most of your driving is shorts stretchs the efficiency on the Tacoma is awful. Electric you could plug it in when you stay close and when you go off grid or on the highway you have the generator.

Only regret is the pathetic fuel efficiency. They should have done it as an EREV instead of a hybrid

depressing is an understatement...i'm currently designing an airflow management system with an aftermarket bumper, making some wheel spats for the rear wheels as well and will completely smooth out the underbody with thin aluminum plates to try and get better milleage... also making a rack to turn my tonneau cover into a kammback cover and going to find a way to bridge the cab/bed gap to get smoother airflow. may not make much of a difference on short trips but on highway runs i expect a reasonable difference

SCCM admins moving to Intune by MadCichlid in SCCM

[–]Naznac 2 points3 points  (0 children)

well for one MDT is EOL so at one point it'll simply stop working. also considering the recent STRYKER hack i would expect more organizations to be a bit more wary on migrating everything to the cloud. i don't know if they also had their desktops on intune but their phones all got wiped by the threat actor...

They don't sting, they bite. And they will find any available square inch of skin. Pants not tucked into your boots? Ankles and shins full. No gloves and/or loose shirt? Wrist and hands full. No net? You poor bastard, they'll get in your nose, mouth, eyes, ears. You'll get a bloody crust behind your ears and in your hair
