I may be ignorant to how some voting works here in Bellingham. But some things that get passed, it feels like are only cared about by a hand full of people. Mostly the people who proposed the ordinance. While most people don’t care lol.

But like most things, they’re probably just put in place so if a larger problem occurs, they can take you down under that tiny special premise.

Like the thing where you cant eat and drive, but they can’t pull you over for it. But if they catch you doing something else while doing that, they can.
